The revisions reflect some key recommendations on the Information Commissioner’s Office website and also take account of the challenges Anthony Collins have seen providers face since GDPR has been in force. These place more emphasis on reducing the volume of data being collected in the first place, as providers can find it difficult to handle the volume of documents when faced with a Subject Access Request.
Anthony Collins have also made minor changes to their Guidance on UK competition law issues for members.
