Introducing Anthropos Digital Care Limited,

Anthropos Digital Care is a technology company that works with care providers to ensure the wellbeing, safety and health of older people, and help them to stay independent in their own homes for longer. Our Connected Care Platform provides remote monitoring of the person and their home environment through a range of smart devices and, using AI and Machine Learning, identifies problems, or indicators of impending problems, that need to be actioned. The platform supports care providers and families by giving them data that can be trusted to be accurate, dependable and actionable. This trustworthy data and insight can support the creation of better care plans and more timely interventions through pre-emptive care.

We have built the platform in a way that allows it to evolve and extend quickly, reliably and cost-effectively. It already connects to multiple devices and devices types. The platform has been proven to work well in domiciliary care following a two-year pilot with Home Instead Senior Care and is now in a national roll out across their 207 local offices.
